INTERNSHIP IN FINANCE

Join our team and get hands-on exposure to financial documentation, purchasing, invoicing, payroll support, reporting and day-to-day business operations while working closely with our Finance, HR and Project teams.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Provide administrative support to management, project managers and site teams.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave records and daily activity reports.
• Manage documentation including contracts, Purchase Orders (PO), invoices and project files.
• Assist with procurement and purchasing activities, including coordinating with suppliers and monitoring order status.
• Liaise with internal parties such as management, project teams, Finance and HR, as well as external parties including suppliers, subcontractors, customers and relevant authorities.
• Assist with foreign worker administration, including attendance monitoring, payroll calculation support and payroll-related documentation.
• Prepare basic administrative, financial and operational reports for management review.
• Handle office communications including emails, phone calls and official correspondence.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance & Banking or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
