Fly Media Technology is looking for motivated MBA graduates specializing in Human Resources who want to begin their careers in HR and gain practical corporate experience in a professional work environment.

We are offering a 45-day unpaid training internship to help candidates understand our work processes and evaluate their suitability for the role. Based on performance and organizational requirements, candidates may be considered for a full-time job opportunity after the initial training period.

Candidates who are willing to commit to at least 6 months and build a long-term career with our organization are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring updates.
• Support HR documentation and employee record management.
• Assist with onboarding and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support recruitment and HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA graduates with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
