📍 Riga | Hybrid

SSI SCHAEFER is a leading global provider of intralogistics solutions with ~8,800 employees worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Northern Europe Recruitment Center in Riga.

Your responsibilities:

• Support talent acquisition specialists in their day-to-day work
• Assist with the implementation of the recruitment system
• Organize interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with department managers on recruitment projects

What we expect:

• Student status, with ongoing higher education in human resources or a related field
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• A strong interest in learning about recruitment and talent acquisition
• A positive, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn
• Fluent English to support daily communication and collaboration with colleagues across the Northern Europe region
• Availability for 25–30 hours per week
