Internship: Information Technology

Our Information Technology Internship Program is designed to immerse students in both software and hardware aspects of IT operations. Interns will gain practical experience in troubleshooting, programming, and user support, while contributing to projects that enhance system efficiency and user experience across the organization.

Objectives

• Provide hands-on exposure to IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Strengthen problem-solving skills through troubleshooting and technical support.
• Develop practical knowledge in programming, coding, and documentation.
• Enhance understanding of user experience and IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will actively contribute to the IT team by:

• Participating in software and hardware immersion activities.
• Assisting in the creation of basic user manuals for internal use.
• Supporting user experience initiatives to improve system usability.
• Performing troubleshooting tasks for Wi-Fi, printers, and laptops.
• Engaging in basic programming and coding projects.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the program, interns will:

• Understand the fundamentals of IT support and system management.
• Gain practical experience in troubleshooting and technical documentation.
• Develop skills in programming and coding for real-world applications.
• Acquire insights into how IT supports organizational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Duration & Structure

• Length: Typically 10–12 weeks (to be aligned with academic calendars).
• Format: Hybrid (in-office and remote work opportunities).

Candidate Profile

We seek a motivated individual who is:

• Enrolled in BS Information Technology or any computer engineering-related course

• Targeted Courses:

  • BS Information Technology

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and technical skills.

• Effective communicators with a collaborative mindset.

• Interested in developing expertise in IT support, programming, and user experience.

Note: We are looking for student interns who are seeking to complete their school-mandated OJT hours with their respective schools.
