Do you want to get a real taste of HR work, roll up your sleeves and make a real impact? Our Attract, Recruit & Onboard team is looking for an enthusiastic student to help recruit new talent within our organization.

• Writing and publishing job ads: You’ll work with our templates while adding your own personal touch. Creativity and copywriting skills are more than welcome!
• Spotting talent: You’ll screen CVs to identify the right candidates, call them for an initial chat and join HR interviews via Teams. You’ll help assess candidates and identify the best fit for our team.
• Providing feedback: You’ll give candidates honest and constructive feedback by phone. Direct, open and clear, just the way we like it.
• Administrative follow-up: You’ll keep track of everything, from test results to schedules. Your organizational skills will be a real asset!
• Supporting the Assessment Days for trainees: You’ll help organize these days, make sure everything runs smoothly and ensure procedures are followed. You’ll also contribute to the evaluation process by sharing your opinion on candidates with the team. Your voice matters!

Who are you?

• You’re a motivated HR student with strong communication skills who isn’t afraid to take initiative.
• You speak Dutch and French fluently and have a good command of English.
• You have an eye for detail, work in an organized way and can adapt quickly.
• You enjoy working with the team, sharing your ideas and thinking outside the box.
• Above all, you’re eager to learn and develop your skills.
