Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the submission of Jor Nor 32 and Jor Nor 42 forms to the Thai Labour Department in collaboration with the designated contact.
• Analyze recruitment activity reports from job boards such as JobsDB, JobThai, and JobBKK to support sourcing strategy.
• Support with general administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by the direct line manager.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in document preparation and data entry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and reports.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in compliance, and labour regulations is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
