What they need
We are looking for an IT OJT Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and SAP support.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with basic IT infrastructure and technical support tasks.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity concerns.
- Support monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Assist with SAP-related tasks and user support.
- Help with documentation, inventory, and other IT administrative activities.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related course.
- Preferably with basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding or interest in SAP is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to be trained.
