About the role
This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects. The role focuses on key areas including Procurement.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with basic computer and software troubleshooting
- Support employees with IT-related issues
- Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist with user accounts, system access, and password-related requests
- Maintain IT records, documentation, and inventory
Assist the IT team with other tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Local students (Malaysian) only.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
