Job Description: HR Recruiter Intern

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: Unpaid ( After 3 months, if the candidate meets expectation, will be confirmed for full time)

Reports to: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. You'll get hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and learn how a modern hiring function works.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit, availability, and interest
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Send timely communication to candidates, such as updates, feedback, and offer follow-ups
• Support onboarding and employer branding activities
• Assist with recruitment reports and hiring metrics

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Eager to learn and take initiative

Good to Have

• Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of different roles (tech and non-tech)

Pay: ₹1.00 per month
