Internship - IT System Support

Job Descriptions :

• Support ongoing IT projects, system implementations, and enhancement initiatives across AEON Malaysia.
• Assist in system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support business requirement gathering and business process documentation activities.
• Provide assistance in user support, issue tracking, and coordination with business users and project teams.
• Assist in project reporting, administrative tasks, and project governance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery and system deployment.
• Gain exposure to enterprise systems and technologies within the AEON ecosystem, including retail, HR, finance, helpdesk, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• To support ongoing project initiatives related to the BES project, including but not limited to the iAEON Customer and Employee Portals, Non-Trade Portal, and POS System.
• Other Duties: The employee may be required to perform additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by the company, based on business needs or as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineer, or any related background
• Preferable intern for 5 or 6 months
• Able to work at Headquarters, AEON Taman Maluri Shopping Centre.
