What they need
1. Kitchen Intern (Dapur)
Skop Tugas & Tanggungjawab:
- Membantu ketua Chef / tukang masak dalam penyediaan bahan mentah (food preparation) mengikut standard kebersihan makanan.
- Memasak, mengolah, dan memastikan kualiti hidangan disediakan menepati standard resipi syarikat.
- Menjaga kebersihan ruang dapur, peralatan memasak, serta mematuhi garis panduan keselamatan makanan (Akta KKM / HACCP / Amalan Kebersihan Makanan).
- Mengawal pembaziran bahan mentah dan merekod inventori stok dapur harian.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- 100% Patuh kepada garis panduan kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan KKM.
- Keberkesanan pengurusan masa penyediaan pesanan (order preparation speed).
- Kadar kesilapan pesanan dapur yang minimum (< 2%).
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
