Internship - Learning & Development

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in coordinating training programmes, workshops, and employee development activities.
• Support the preparation of training materials, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
• Help manage training schedules, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
• Update and maintain training records, databases, and reports.
• Assist in creating engaging learning content, presentations, and internal communications.
• Collect and compile participants’ feedback for programme evaluation.
• Provide administrative support for other Learning & Development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
• Available for a six-month internship commencing in October 2026.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
