Internship - Leasing

• Handle new and renewal tenancy administration matters, such as Management Approval, Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, supplementary letters,correspondence letters, termination, etc.
• Liaise and follow up closely with lawyers on the preparation of Tenancy Agreements and litigation matters, if any.
• Ensure all leasing documentation is properly filed, maintained, and updated at all times.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Update tenants’ information and tenancy details in system and any other required reports.
• Assist superior in collecting, monitoring, and analysing tenants’ sales performance.
• Liaise with Finance and Credit Control Department on tenants’ overdue rental payments and payment matters.
• Liaise closely with inter-departments on all mall-related matters, including Fit-Out, Operations, Security, Advertising & Promotions, Building Services, etc.
• Be aware of and understand the SOP and JD stated, and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the Department’s and Company’s SOPs.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.

• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months (14 weeks).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

• Possess own transportation and able to commute to Bandar Putra, Kulai, Johor.
