At Manuchar, you'll get the opportunity to experience the many different aspects of logistics administration and discover how global trade works in practice.

From coordinating international shipments to working with colleagues and partners across the globe, no two days are the same!

• You can join our team at our headquarters in Antwerp for a minimum of 3 months, with an availability of 4 or 5 days per week.

Your mission

Dive into the dynamic world of international trade at Manuchar! As a Logistics Administration Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of logistics activities.

• You'll support our Logistics Administration team in coordinating international orders and shipments, from start to finish.
• You'll discover how international trade works by collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, customers and logistics partners around the world.
• You'll learn to work with essential trade and transport documents, such as Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit and invoices.
• You'll gain insight into different stages of the supply chain, from order processing and shipment planning to delivery and follow-up.
• You'll help tackle day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment where planning, communication and problem-solving are key.

Most importantly, you'll get a broad introduction to international logistics, with plenty of opportunities to learn, ask questions and take on responsibilities along the way. What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in international trade and are eager to discover how logistics works in practice.
• You communicate confidently in English. Knowledge of Spanish, French, Dutch or other languages is a plus.
• You're organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• You have a proactive mindset, are eager to learn and aren't afraid to take initiative.
• You're available to work from our headquarters in Antwerp for at least 3 months, 4 or 5 days per week.
