Sales, Business Development and Logistics Department Intern

Job Description:

• File, organize, and maintain Delivery Receipts (DRs) and other department documents.

• Assist in sorting, encoding, and organizing sales and logistics documents.

• Assist in monitoring and updating document records and filing logs.

• Coordinate with team members regarding document retrieval and filing requirements.

• Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel or other company systems.

• Assist the Sales, Business Development, and Logistics teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.

• Perform other duties and special projects that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related course.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Has good analytical and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Can complete the required internship/OJT hours.

• Willing to locate in one (1) for Tanauan, Batangas and one (1) for San Jose, Batangas.
