Internship - Non-Technical

What you will do

During the internship, you may support:

• Commercial activities, including preparing client research, updating opportunity trackers, supporting proposals and organising business information.
• Recruitment activities, including candidate research, CV formatting, interview coordination and maintaining recruitment records.
• HR activities, including onboarding administration, employee documentation, attendance records and internal communications.
• Operations activities, including coordination of documents, trackers, supplier or project support, and general office administration.
• Preparation of clear presentations, reports and meeting notes.
• Data entry, filing and maintaining accurate records.
• Ad hoc projects that support the team’s priorities.

What we are looking for

• Current student looking for internship placement.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good organization, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Positive attitude and confidence to ask questions when something is unclear.
• Interest the energy industry is an advantage.
