Internship on BIM Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Accounting

A) Internship Role on BIM Engineering/ Architect/Construction Technology/ Mechatronics

● To support the Brunsfield BIM (BBIM) implementation and digital twin development

● As a team member to provide necessary support to ACN team in order to achieve the team goals

Scope and Responsibilities (all but not limited to below)

● To produce and prepare documentation for BBIM and Digital Twin purposes.

● To assist in the building 3D modelling

● To carry out research on AI/BIM/Modelling related

● To assist in asset management processes

Requirements:

1. Degree in Construction Technology/Technology in Facility Management /Mechatronic Engineering /Architecture or relevant qualification

2. Knowledge in BIM and any relevant tools such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks will be an added advantage.

3. Aggressive, active, willing to learn

4. Have a good character in terms of discipline, attitude, and integrity

5. Hard working, willing to work under stress, pressure & extended hours

6. Team player

7. 4- 6 months industrial training period (preferred)

B) Software Engineering Internship Role

Primary Job Functions:

The trainees will work closely with the BCS Software Development Team to ensure that the projects are delivered successfully. Continuous research on new technologies and improve technical skills.

Scopes include designing, developing, testing and implementing software solutions. Assist in

troubleshooting and deployment of the software projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the following:

• Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Java script, and R language.
• UNIX operating system
• Familiar with relational database (SQL)
• Familiar with version control system (Git)

Job Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science major in Software Engineering is preferred
• 4- 6 months industrial training period (preferred 6 months)
• Final semester student (preferred).
• Self-motivated to do continuous research on new technologies and to improve on technical skills

C) Accounting/ Finance Internship Role

Position Summary

The Finance Intern will support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks, while gaining hands-on exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal processes. This role is well suited for a student or recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in finance and accounting within a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, including data entry into the accounting system.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliations work.
• Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining financial documents and records (both physical and digital).
• Support the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries under supervision.
• Assist in compiling documents for auditor, tax agent or authorities.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team, including scanning, photocopying.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance-related projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google Excel and other Microsoft/Google Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• 4- 6 months industrial training period (preferred 6 months)
• Final semester student (preferred).
