DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in preparing data, reports of daily census and enquiries.
To assist in proper filing of documents
To handle residents/sponsors’ feedback in a professional manner.
To ensure operations and care documentations are up-to-date and to localize contents when it is necessary.
To review Case Files and bed location of residents.
To attend and follow-up promptly on walk-in and telephone enquiries,
To assist in sourcing for marketing strategies in exploring new sources of referrals, including planning and organizing branding or other networking events.
To assist on digital marketing on online platform.
To support sales and marketing team in the administration and after sales services.
To gather idea on to promote and market company service.
To look into ways in improving the day-to-day operation processes.
To support sales and marketing team in the administration and after sales services.
To perform duties tasked by trainer of the organization.
