Internship (Operation Risk Management) - Oct 2026 Intake

Key Responsibilities:

1. To support all the BAU works related to Operation Risk Management that includes reporting, meeting deck, incident checklist, follow up, consolidation and others.
2. Assist the Operational Risk team in risk identification, assessments, monitoring, and reporting.
3. To ensure timely escalation to supervisor/ Head of Department in case of any issues.
4. To work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
5. Help coordinate and follow up on Incident Reporting and overall incident management.
6. Compile and prepare ORM related reports for management if needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Business Administration, Risk Management and/or any relevant.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems.
3. Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
4. Good initiative and good time planner. able to complete assigned works within stipulated timeline.
5. Ability to multitasking, effectively prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines and work objectives.
6. Minimum 3 months internship period or more are preferable.
