INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – AI & DATA ADMINISTRATION

We are looking for motivated interns to join our team and assist with AI-assisted data entry, document processing and administrative improvement projects.

Suitable Courses:

• Data Analytics / Business Analytics
• Business Administration / Office Management
• Information Technology / Information Systems
• Artificial Intelligence / Data Science / Computer Science
• Logistics / Supply Chain Management

Main Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools to assist with data entry and document processing.
• Organise and update warehouse and logistics records.
• Prepare Excel reports and summaries.
• Check data accuracy and identify missing information.
• Explore ways to improve administrative efficiency using AI.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Interest in AI tools and digital technology.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh ideas and a willingness to learn are welcome!

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
