Internship - Organization Development

Key Responsibilities

• Support the revamp of onboarding experience to make it more interactive and engaging, including graphics, videos, and digital content.
• Support Employer Branding & University Partnerships, including university engagement, student programs, and company visits.
• Support Employee Engagement & Well-being initiatives, such as Sport Club, well-being programs, and employee activities.
• Create HR/OD communication and digital content to promote people initiatives.
• Support OD projects, including coordination, data collection, presentation materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree student in HR, OD, Business, Communication, Psychology, or related fields.
• Interested in Organization Development, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and Well-being.
• Creative with an interest in graphic design, video, and digital content creation.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or video editing tools is a plus.
