About the Role

We are looking for an intern to support our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) implementation project. This role offers exposure to HR digitalization, training development, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing HRMS training materials and user guides.
• Support the creation of step-by-step work instructions for end users.
• Record and edit process demonstrations and digital learning content.
• Assist in HRMS and MSP ticketing-related activities.
• Support the People Team with project and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR, digitalization, and system implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to project assignments or group projects is an added advantage.
