Internship - Planning, Warehouse & Logistic

What you'll be doing

• To support incoming & outgoing, update Epicor, reordering activity, maintain stock for monthly cycle count

• To support LMW documents submission (Form A1, A2, A3)

• Support warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, issuing, and organizing materials and inventory.

• Assist in inventory control, stock counting, and stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Prepare and maintain planning, warehouse, and logistics documentation, including delivery orders, goods received notes, and stock movement records.

• Assist in inbound and outbound shipments and follow up with logistics providers when required.

• Update data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with company procedures.

• Support 5S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
