Internship - Procurement

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers and vendors.
• Support in preparing Purchase Orders (PO) and monitoring delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update supplier database, procurement records, and documentation.
• Assist in comparing prices, costs, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and documentation requirements.
• Support the preparation of monthly procurement and Gross Profit (GP) reports.
• Assist in verifying supplier documents, licenses, permits, and compliance records.

What we're looking for:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• This internship period will be a minimum of 3 months.
• Willingness to learn, responsible and have good work ethics.
• Customer focused and attention to detail is required.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
