What You’ll Learn & Support

• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, delivery schedules, and outstanding documents.
• Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to approved suppliers and subcontractors.
• Update and maintain purchasing information in the company's procurement systems and databases.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, branches, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Respond to procurement-related enquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and databases.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and basic data analysis.
• Support filing, administrative duties, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
