Internship - Production Manufacturing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Production, Management, Physics, or Statistic
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able and willing to come in shifting pattern
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding on Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing Excellence is plus point

Internship Exposure :

The intern will coordinate with relevant internal teams to meet customer requirements in a timely manner. The role focuses on improving the value-to-non-value ratio, eliminating waste across the entire value stream, and ensuring smooth production flow for assigned product families/styles. Additionally, the intern will support manufacturing deliverables while ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
