HR RECRUITMENT INTERNAbout the Role

We are looking for active university students in their 5th semester or above or fresh graduates from the 2025–2026 graduating classes who are interested in building a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

Candidates majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through various platforms and conduct CV screening.
• Candidate Engagement: Contact candidates for initial screening and coordinate interview schedules.
• Recruitment Administration: Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and job postings.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to support recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Active university student in at least the 5th semester or a fresh graduate from the 2025–2026 graduating classes.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Currently residing in Jakarta / Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).
• Available to commit to an internship program for a minimum of 3 months.
• Previous experience in candidate sourcing or screening is an advantage.
