Internship Program

We are inviting applications from motivated and career-oriented fresh graduates/students and final-year students to join our 3-Month Internship Program.

Starting Date: 1st October, 2026
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: PKR 20,000 per month
Location: Intercargo Logistics – 2nd Floor One Expressway, Gulberg Greens Interchange Islamabad

Successful interns may be considered for employment opportunities with the company after completion of the internship, subject to performance, available vacancies and the company's hiring requirements.

Eligible Academic Backgrounds

Candidates pursuing or recently completing degrees in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:

• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics & Supply Chain
• Aviation Management
• Business Administration, particularly with a major/specialization in Supply Chain Management
• Other relevant business, logistics, aviation, or supply-chain-related disciplines

Eligibility: Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply.

Available Internship Departments

Internship opportunities are available in the following departments:

• Air Freight Department – Exposure to air cargo operations, documentation, shipment coordination and freight processes.
• Sea Freight Department – Exposure to ocean freight operations, shipping documentation, shipment coordination and logistics processes.
• Customs Department (Import/Export) – Exposure to customs documentation, import/export procedures, compliance and coordination.
• Sales Department – Exposure to business development, customer coordination, quotations, freight solutions and sales operations.
• Accounts Department – Exposure to financial documentation, invoicing, receivables/payables and accounting-related activities.

Working Hours & Shifts

The standard working hours will be:

• Summer: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
• Winter: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Evening, night, and weekend shifts may also be available, depending on departmental requirements and operational needs.

Candidates should therefore be comfortable working in a flexible shift-based environment.

Stipend

Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the internship.

Please note that no pick-and-drop/transport facility or other fringe benefits will be provided as part of the internship program.
