Internship - Program Management

About the role

This is an internship position for a period of more than 3 months in production and material planning.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for production/material planning, scheduling and control
• Work closely with Product Engineer to launch new products for production build
• Work closely with Procurement for timely materials availability to support NPI production build plans
• Liaise with Production and Engineering on capacity/resource planning to ensure production plans are met with optimal utilization of capacity
• Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer demands / expectations
• Analyze and prepare documents needed for production
• Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finish goods demand
• Create production schedule and prioritize work orders for production optimization
• Maintain the production schedule and other reports as required
• Complete status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory

Requirements

Bachelor's degree - majoring in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
