Internship - Promotion Executive

How You'll Make an Impact to The Role

1.Deliver strong administrative/analysis

• Support preparation of routine promotion reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with team members on administrative and coordination tasks

2.Successfully manage relationships & communications

• Work closely with all functions to ensure plan & details are aligned & executed
• Follow up timely on all plans to ensure smooth implementation of production of all communication materials
• Escalate to line manager on any risk/issue

3. Support new initiatives or campaigns

• Support line manager for all deliverables timely
• Play a key role in process, workflow and campaign brief for all categories: Fresh, Grocery & General Merchandise

Key KPIs: Timely & accurate reports/analysis, manage end to end production and sign off of

communication materials

What You'll Bring to The Role

• FMCG/Retail experience benefits but is not essential; must be confident with simple analysis and numbers
• Skills: Effective time management; good interpersonal & coordination skill; good listening & communication skill (presentation skills will be advantage)
• Good speaking & writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint; advantage with SQL, Power BI knowledge
