Internship - Purchasing/ Procurement

Job Summary
A purchasing intern is responsible to assist the Purchasing Department in daily procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, PO preparation, order follow-up and purchasing documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations.
• provide support in compare prices, specifications and delivery terms.
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain purchasing records and documents.
• Assist with stock and purchasing-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounts & Finance, Business Administration or related field.

• Mandarin and English proficiency preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers.

• Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.

• Internship placement / fresh graduates are welcome.

• Preferably a 5-6 monthinternship commitment
