Internship - QA Tool

Description of accountabilities & responsibilities:

• Manage daily support requests, including review, assessment and assignment of tasks to appropriate IT team member, and monitor progress to resolution.
• Identify continuous improvement projects that improve system performance, reduce cycle time, eliminate errors and reduce cost.
• Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• In depth exposure in enterprise applications.

• Experience working with ERP software

• Experience working with reporting tool, preferable dashboard

Expected Outcomes:

• To effectively collaborate with the QA Tool team and implement Katalon along with unit testing within the DIT team
