Internship (QC/Logistics Operation Support）

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented interns to join our Quality Control (QC) and Operation Support teams. This internship provides valuable hands-on exposure to the fast-paced express and logistics industry, where you will support daily operational workflows, monitor service quality standards, and assist in ensuring smooth, timely, and reliable delivery operations. You will gain practical experience in end-to-end logistics processes, quality assurance practices, and cross-team coordination in a professional corporate environment.

Logistics Operation Support (Warehouse)

• Monitor daily container volumes and arrange loading/unloading staff and delivery resources in advance
• Track container arrivals and coordinate delivery appointments with customers
• Liaise with transport teams and in-house fleet to ensure on-time deliveries
• Identify and handle exceptions such as warehouse overflow, missed containers, order changes, and urgent shipment

Quality Control (QC)

• Assist in following and applying established QC processes to ensure alignment with industry standards and company policies
• Support initiatives to monitor and improve service quality across the network
• Help identify potential areas for service improvement and assist with implementing corrective actions
• Participate in regular patrol/assessment checks to identify and report abnormalities within the network
• Assist in data collection and monitoring related to operational performance and service standards
• Support audit checks on agent pricing and expenses to verify compliance with company policies
• Help track and follow up on discrepancies identified during audits or monitoring
• Assist in overseeing and recording offline scanning frequency to ensure timely and accurate data collection across stations
• Support the team in daily operational tasks and assist in project-related activities to boost network efficiency and performance
