What they need
About the role
This is an internship position in Research & Development at PT. Greshindo Aroma, North Jakarta, running from September to November 2026. You'll work alongside the R&D team on beverage formulation trials in the lab — hands-on, real industry experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with beverage formulation trials in the lab with the R&D team
- Weigh raw materials and conduct lab-scale blending
- Support organoleptic testing and record trial results
- Compile systematic reports of experimental results
- Research food & beverage product trends
Qualification
- Final-year student in Food Technology (or related field)
- Currently writing thesis, or need a 3-6 month internship placement
- Meticulous and organised in data recording
- Understand basic food formulation and simple calculations (percentages, conversions, etc.)
- Willing to learn and ready for hands-on lab work
