What they need
Key responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to the business development team and assist with retails / business expansion
- Prepare leasing agreement / letter and related document
- Compile and submit all necessary documentation for Fair License Applications to relevant authorities
- Perform the administration work for shopping mall promotion space / fairs Management
- Maintain organized records of all approvals, permits, contracts, and communication for each event/fair
- Perform ad-hoc duty when assigned
About you
- Internship with minimum 4-6 months
- Good writing & communication skill (English & B. Malay)
- Good computer skill
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
