Internship Retail Training (w/m/x).

Focus in Retail Partner Network Digitalization and Transformation.

What can you expect?

• Join one of the most exciting areas of the company as we prepare our retail organization for a major transformation.
• Provide organizational support for product and sales training initiatives.
• Independently manage and deliver sub-projects in the areas of qualification and Retail HR, particularly in the context of the new agency model.
• Support the team in agency management and steering activities.

What can we expect?

• A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Sales.
• Initial experience in project management.Creativity and enthusiasm for the BMW and MINI brands.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinking abilities, along with an interest in digitalization and modern learning formats.
