Internship - Sales & Marketing Support

Responsibilities (You will learn to):

1. Handle individual messages and follow-ups with existing VDE customers.

2. Assist in replying to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media platforms.

3. Update Promotion LTD & Payday Promo on the website.

4. Update daily information on the website and internal platforms.

5. Support the marketing team with content preparation and posting on Facebook & Instagram & Tiktok.

6. Assist in processing and updating customer orders using the UBS Inventory System.

7. Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team on daily operational tasks.

8. Assist with customer segmentation when necessary.

9. Provide general administrative support and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree student in Business Administration or a related field.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Interest in social media marketing is an added advantage.

4. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
