Internship Sales Executive

About the role

Hot Print Media PLT is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Internship Indoor Sales Executive to join our sales team on a Internship basis. Based in Puchong, Selangor, this internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and gain practical experience in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, learning the fundamentals of the sales process whilst contributing to the growth of our business. This role is designed for individuals looking to launch their career in sales and who are keen to develop their professional capabilities.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the sales team in identifying and prospecting potential clients within the print media industry
• Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for prospective customers
• Conducting product demonstrations and explaining the features and benefits of our printing solutions
• Following up with leads and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and campaigns under the guidance of senior sales personnel
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
• Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing and documentation

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in developing a career in sales
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction from senior staff
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment
• Proactive approach and a customer-focused mindset
• Preferably, previous experience in a sales or customer service role or exposure to the print media industry
