About the role
This is an internship position based in Cyberjaya, working in person. You will support business operations through data management, customer engagement, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in data entry works
- Collect and follow up payments from customers
- Provide solutions to resolve any issue brought up by customers
- Handle customers' requests, enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Attend to incoming calls and identify the type of inquiries
- Other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the Company
