Internship – Semarang

Job Purpose Provide day-to-day administrative support for Freight Forwarding Operation Team Key Tasks

• Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for export & import shipment operation.
• Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required

Skills & Requirement

• Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Well versed of written & verbal English
• Good time management and self-discipline
• Good communication skill

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Education Level: University students from any major in their last semesters - logistics or supply chain background will be prioritized
• Experience Level: Campus organizational experience, internship experience will be additional value
• Internship Period: Ready to commit for 6-12 months internship period
• Location: Batam residents or surrounding
