About the role

Join DEE AGENCY and get hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, Social Media, Recruitment and Business Development while working alongside a professional agency team. This internship is designed for students who want to build confidence, communication skills, business knowledge and real-world working experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms
• Brainstorm content ideas and marketing campaigns
• Assist with photo/video content creation
• Learn the fundamentals of consultative selling and customer relationship management
• Assist with customer engagement and follow-up activities
• Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
• Learn prospecting and lead generation strategies
• Support marketing activities and agency campaigns
• Assist in recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement
• Assist with simple reporting and tracking

About you

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, Finance, Entrepreneurship or related fields
• Confident and willing to communicate with people
• Positive, energetic and willing to learn
• Comfortable using social media
• Interested in Sales, Marketing, Business or Entrepreneurship
• Responsible and able to work independently
• A good team player
• Not afraid to step outside their comfort zone
• Willing to learn and take feedback
• No insurance experience is required
