About the role

This role supports supply chain and procurement operations, working across purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth material flow and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and procurement documents
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and order status
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
• Assist in tracking incoming and outgoing materials and goods
• Support delivery coordination and follow up on outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate records of supplier information, purchase transactions, and inventory movements
• Work closely with the administration, procurement, warehouse, finance, and operations teams
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry in company systems
• Assist in improving filing systems, documentation processes, and operational workflows

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Willingness to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Responsible, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
