Our Insights teams drive the insights and analytical transformation across the group. We are currently building a transformative, state-of-the-art Conversational Analytics tool powered by new agentic technology and layered over the existing Insights platform. This Insights tool will serve all Maisons globally, empowering cross-functional teams to interact with complex data intuitively and make informed, strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking UX/UI Intern to join the Insights team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing the interface for our next-generation conversational analytics tool. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data analysts, and data engineers to translate complex analytical workflows into seamless, elegant digital experiences for luxury professionals across our Maisons.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Prototyping: Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web applications and mobile/desktop-optimized platforms, focusing on conversational interfaces and agentic workflows.
• User Research & Testing: Participate in user research sessions, user journey mapping, and usability testing with stakeholders across various LVMH Maisons to continuously refine the platform experience.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and scale the design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with modern enterprise design standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with developers, data analysts, and product owners to ensure designs are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
• Data Visualization UI: Design clean, sophisticated data visualization components that simplify complex metrics and analytics for non-technical business users.

Profile Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX/UI Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Core Skills: Strong foundation in UX/UI design principles for both web and mobile applications. Demonstrated ability to create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs. Tooling: Proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, and prototyping features). Analytics & Data Literacy: Familiarity with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Looker) to understand how users interact with dashboards and data. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to articulate design decisions clearly in a collaborative corporate environment. Fluent in English (French is a plus). Nice-to-Haves (Plus) Hands-on knowledge or academic exposure to Agentic development or AI-driven conversational interfaces. Prior experience designing enterprise software, data-heavy dashboards, or B2B platforms. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
