Internship Technical Support Intrusion

Hikvision is searching for an Internship Technical Support Intrusion to support the area in the following

• Provide basic technical support to customers, distributors, and installers.
• Assist in the configuration of intrusion alarm systems and related devices.
• Support the diagnosis and resolution of simple technical issues.
• Perform functional tests on equipment and verify correct configuration.
• Assist with firmware and software updates for security devices.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and installation guides.
• Support the technical team in projects, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Register, document, and follow up on technical incidents and support requests.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical training sessions for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with other departments on activities related to electronic security solutions.

Requisitos mínimos

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Eligible to undertake a university internship agreement for a period of 6 to 12 months.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of IP networking, electronics, telecommunications, or security systems would be highly valued.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Bilbao or willing to work in Bilbao.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within the electronic security industry.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in technical support, security technologies, and customer-oriented environments.
• Motivated to build a long-term career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international company.
