• Stipend: 18000  /- per month.
• Two meal provided by company .

The internship with Delphi-TVS in Chennai involves hands-on participation in the manufacturing of diesel fuel injection systems. Production Trainees will focus on various operational aspects, emphasizing quality control and adherence to manufacturing processes.Core responsibilities of a production traineeA production trainee at Delphi-TVS can expect to be involved in the following activities:

• Machine operation: You will learn to set up, operate, and monitor various types of machinery used in the production process, such as those for component assembly, testing, and finishing.
• Quality assurance and control: A significant part of the role is to conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet the company's rigorous specifications. This includes using precision measuring tools to test components.
• Process improvement: Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will help identify and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste in the manufacturing line. This may involve participating in "Kaizen" activities, a core principle of lean manufacturing.
• Production monitoring and reporting: You will assist in monitoring daily production targets and maintaining accurate records of production metrics and performance.
• Safety and compliance: Interns are trained to comply with the company's safety and regulatory standards. The automotive industry operates under strict quality frameworks like IATF 16949, so a focus on safety and standardized procedures is a key part of the work.
• Troubleshooting: As a trainee, you will assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues related to production machinery and processes, helping to minimize downtime.
