Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Site Engineer (Site Monitoring) to support our project team in overseeing daily site activities. The role is designed for fresh graduates or final-year students who wish to gain hands-on experience in infrastructure projects and develop technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and supervising day-to-day site operations.
• Support the Site Engineer in ensuring work is carried out as per design, drawings, and project specifications.
• Track project progress and report daily site activities to the senior team.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project staff for smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation related to site work, progress reports, and material tracking.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and communicating them to relevant teams.
• Provide support in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely reporting of delays, risks, or non-compliance issues.
