Internship Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain employee and recruitment records.
• Support onboarding and HR documentation.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Bachelors in HR or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
