Internship Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Management Intern to support the IT project management team in planning, coordinating, tracking, and monitoring ongoing technology projects. The candidate will assist with project documentation, status reporting, stakeholder coordination, and tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and business users for project updates.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, risks, and issues to the project manager.
• Support the preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and project presentations.
• Schedule project meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain action trackers.
• Assist in maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Support project governance, review meetings, and PMO activities.
• Ensure project documentation and trackers are updated accurately and on time.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT project management and project life cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on deliverables, and work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn project management methodologies.

Educational Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
