Internship Trainee - Human Resources

• To assist in daily Human Resources operation and administrative activities.
• To support recruitment activities such as candidate screening, interview arrangement, and interview coordination.
• To assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR filing systems.
• To support HR data entry, report preparation, and updating employee information in the system.
• To assist in staff engagement activities, training coordination, and HR events.
• To support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the department.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Internship duration: minimum 3 months.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
