What they need
A Food & Beverage Intern supports daily restaurant, bar, or hotel dining operations while learning service standards, customer care, and kitchen or dining room workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet customers, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages.
- Station Setup: Prepare dining areas, polish cutlery and glassware, and clear tables between courses.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain hygiene, clean workstations, and follow health regulations.
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels and help restpoon supplies.
- Operational Assistance: Work across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) to support staff and management.
